Collaborator posts amplify content across both users’ followers for broader reach.

Level: Easy

Collaborator posts are one up from tagging someone. It means the post appears on both of your Insta feeds, and gets pushed out to both sets of followers. It’s a great way to collaboratively (geddit?) share content with other authors.

Invite a collaborator

1 – I’m going to start off with a normal post and pick my photo
2 – after editing, hit “tag people”
3 – you’ll see a grey bar that says “Invite Collaborators”
4 – find and select the user you want to invite to the post
5 – when you post your photo or reel, the collaborator will receive the option to accept and join the post as a co-author
